Note: Your first time through, you will be prompted to create a user profile. Once this has been completed, your email address that you indicate in your profile will become your "userid". You may choose any password, however, it must be 5 characters or more in length.

Tee-Time Policy:

If you do not have a tee time you can still walk-on but on a first come, first served basis. We will always tell you that it is to your advantage to call ahead for a time even if you are on your way over. Remember we are here to serve you. We can inform you of the exact time available, tell you if wet weather canceled play or carts for the day, let you know if we are booked solid, tell you we just aerated the greens, etc. Please let us serve you the best we can by calling ahead for a tee time. We can assure you that we are rarely behind on our times and do not double book or accept walk-ons if the book is full.

The most important part of making the tee time is being on time. Please be here 15-20 minutes before your starting time. This will give you time to get your equipment ready, check-in at the pro shop and warm-up. If you are late, meaning not on the tee box ready to hit at your scheduled time, you will be placed at the end of the line or worked in at the next opening. We will not inconvenience the rest of the customers for one late group.

The last thing we ask when you make a tee time is to please be responsible for that time. By that we mean either honor it, cancel one day in advance or notify the golf shop if you will have less or more than the originally scheduled amount of players. We constantly turn away customers on busy days and then have no-shows or cancellations just minutes before their tee time.

Booking Policies:

You are allowed to book 7 Days in Advance. The rate is defaulted to riding price.

Should you require any additional items for your day at Wachusett, please use the note field located below the tee time options on the website. Although we do not reserve power carts or rentals, a short note will ensure our staff is ready for your arrival. 

Bookings are limited to a maximum of eight players at this time. Any bookings for larger groups may be made by contacting the golf shop regarding Tee-Time Golf Outing Packages. Click here for more information

Cancellation Policy:

Tee times reservations must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to the day of play. Failure to cancel tee times without proper notification will result in the full booking amount charged to your credit card.

In the event of inclement weather, please be sure to contact the Pro Shop, as we cannot assume you won’t be playing. If we do not receive notification, we must assume your group has forfeited its time and proceed with processing the full green fee amount to your credit card.

Golf Clubs
All players are required to have their own set of clubs. Rental Clubs are available

Rain Check Policy
If the course is closed due to poor weather, a rain check may be issued as follows:

18 hole play: a 9 hole rain check may be issued when 9 holes or fewer have been played. Once play has started on the 10th hole, no rain checks will be issued.

Food and Beverage Policy
All food and beverages consumed on property must be purchased from the clubhouse or Concession Stand. Coolers are not permitted on the golf course or on the golf carts.
