ACCESSIBILITY FOR GOLFERS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY...

INTRODUCES A SOLORIDER GOLF CAR TO ITS FLEET OF GOLF CARS

Wachusett Country Club has added one SoloRider golf car to its fleet of golf cars allowing golfers with limited mobility issues to increased access to the game of golf. With the addition of this new golf car, golfers with limited mobility are able to drive on sensitive areas such as tees and greens without damaging the turf. The golf car's seat swivels 350 degrees allowing golfers to easily exit and enter the golf car. Plus, golfers are able to swivel the seat to the rear, and make a golf swing from the seated position.

"We are pleased to announce the addition of the SoloRider golf car for golfers with limited mobility," said Nick Marrone, Director of Golf. "Although some may lose the ability to walk the golf course, they don't lose the passion for the game. We are excited to help improve accessibility to the game and to Wachusett Country Club.

The cost to utilize a Solorider golf car is $17.00 for 18 holes and $12.00 for 9 holes.

It is recommended you reserve the Solorider at time of booking to ensure availability.
